Bruno Soter

Master’s in Business (MSx Sloan) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Bruno has over 25 years of professional experience. He was one of the founding partners of Brazilian full-service law firm Barbosa, Müssnich e Aragão (“BMA”) Advogados, one of the leading law firms in Brazil. While in BMA, Bruno led the M&A teams and was the first managing partner of the firm, position which he held until he left the firm in 2009. Bruno was also president of Librapar and partner and COO of Lazard, one of the world’s main investment banks. Currently he is board member of Invepar, GRU Airport and Odebrecht, and he is also a founding partner at Sichro, a boutique specialized in advisory M&A. He has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontíficia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC Rio.
